Seth makin' moves!
Seth Miller. When isn't he makin' moves? Well this move is for real. Your boy Seth Miller is moving out of his crib and on to somewhere else in town. IDK where and neither will you. In other Seth related biz, he just scored an '08 Honda Civic that bumps lots of Lil' Wayne at the moment. Keepin' it legit I suppose. Here is a photo of him from this one morning at my old cib drinking a High Life. That's right, beer for breakfast.

Shit?
So there's some talk about how the Bethel park sucks and there's some convincing proof at this link below. I have to admit it looks like absolute shit to skate, but bmx's can pretty much ride anything, so it might not be too bad. C'mon, it might be shitty and probably was a waste of money, but I'll ride that hideous toilet. I'll ride trash for fucks sake! However, that being said, I'm not gonna drive out of my way to hit this up.

Bath BMX jam tomorrow

Zach.Photo by Jeff Harmon
Tim and Meliota throwback shot!
Tomorrow is the second annual Bath jam. I won't be able to ride in it again this year, but at least it's cause i have to work and not cause I have a busted leg! Anyway, I made it out to last year's jam to watch all my homies shred and everybody went OFF. Hope everyone that can make it does, cause it's pretty sweet. I know there's an entry fee and there are prizes, and while it's too nice out to be riding indoors, it's fun to see everybody throw hammers. So, that being said, My picks for jam champs are pictured above. Tim Packard, James Meliota, Zach Thibault. Come to think about it, Andy BMX and Jason Shaw tore shit up last year so maybe they're my second round draft pick? Either way, try to make it out, get silly, throw down, and have fun apeing it.

All day
It's Saturday morning and I have a 16 work day ahead of me. Lucky! Had so much fun the past few days, riding, celebrating, and just all around getting wild. Went to Arundel with Joshery Thursday night to celebrate The Mayor's fiancee's b-day. We all went to the sweet biker bar Bentley's and it was rad. It was fun getting to see people I haven't seen in a long time and going out somewhere new is always good! It was especially fun when I got 86'd around 11:30 and told that I had to leave the bar for no reason other than I looked like the serial killer by that point. Fully functioning and acting like a normal person, cept with that look on my face that lotsa people think means KILL! Hahahaha! Anyway, stayed down there Thursday night listening to Joshery talk in his sleep, drunk dialling Danielle and Rodge, and sleeping in a sleeping bag which was so comfy! Yesterday I took full advantage of my day off by waking up at 6am, drinking a 24oz coffee and 5 Shipyards, then eating heart attack food and moving on to drink some Absolut and Sprite. Like I said, took FULL advantage of my day! Now I'm back to the grind, feelin' good and pretty stoked that real soon my new car will be ready. Can't wait fo that shit!

Jaws!
January 2010. Quite possibly the most fun time I've had since all of 2008. James Ballard, broken jaw and no solid food for two months because for once he wasn't drunk and acting a fool. Go figure. Had a sweet chill sesh with Kyle, Rocco, and Illes today at slippery ass Scarborough park. Go'n get yours!(FYI I'm buying a car tomorrow!)

3 BW photos I enjoy
Just watch Orlando beat the Lakers 96-94. So close, but LA blew it. So now I'm weeding through old photos and decided to do a black and white montage of some I really liked. I didn't take any of these photos, but they all bring up good memories.

This is a shot Kathryn Flynn took during the Old Port block party. All the kids were there even though this particular day turned out to be rainy. What you can't see in this photo is the 6 foot mini ramp in the middle of Market Street (where I'm looking) and Rodge's Yota with skate ramps in the back. I can't believe Portland doesn't do more of this type of thing, but I guess the summer jumpoff Old Port fest makes up for all that.

This one is me, Fiona, and Lea. We were all chillin on the west end in the grass by the hospital one summer afternoon. Pretty sure this is a self pic. by Lea. What you can't see in this flick is the beautiful sun starting to set and the view of the White Mountains. If you haven't watched the sunset here, go get your girl and do it!

This photo brings back good memories for sure! Ballard, Rodge, and myself at the State Street residence. Every week Ballard would have one of those giant bottles of Grey Goose or SoCo and weekends were a shitshow to say the least. So much debauchery went down in this spot that it got shut down before too long. Not entirely sure what's going on in this photo, but I'm willing to bet Rodge is looking online for cars or car parts (hence, Tyler is nowhere to be seen hahaha!)

Like a lion?

So this morning I woke up, went to work for a bit, then got to take off until 4pm. It's March 6th today and I went riding in a t-shirt. Had a pretty good sesh with everyone just jibbin around, but my god was it nice out! Don't they say march comes in like a lion? Pretty sure the lion is a pussy cat this year, folks! Def not complaining about this weather right now! Maine has had the greatest winter ever this year! Usually there are snow banks and sandy roads everywhere this time of year, but it's looking more like late April/early May as of late. This winter has been pretty fun with the roadtrippin and getting to chill HARD for a good month with no job. Now I'm back to working 40+ hours and I'm feelin that! Sometimes you gotta have a break from certain routines/people and the same old shit...it makes you motivated to get shit done! So, when I do get a day off, I'm going riding, suckas! Oh yeah, and I'm buying a vehicle here soon that is very good for roadtrips, so get ready!

Weight freak out

A few days ago Illes was telling me about a plastic stem that was being made. We were joking about how absurd that was, and I looked into it. I found one posted on The Come Up made by Simple. Got me all worried, then come to find out it's a joke! With all these plastic parts out there and all that other dumb shit like slit pegs and holes in frames, I honestly fell for the plastic stem hoax. My Odyssey Twisted pedals are the only plastic shit I want coming near my bike. They're cheap, durable, and slide like a motherfucker during grinds. Only thing that's gonna be sliding if you ran a plastic stem would be your face across the ground. I've had the same ORIGINAL Solid stem on every bike I've owned for years and believe me, for the little bit of weight I'm not saving, I get to keep my teeth!
