Hmmmm, where to begin. Back in the day my boy Zach got this ill frame called the Pantera from Fly Bikes, the Sergio Layos model. Zach rode that bike for a little then it broke on him (as did a lot of early Fly frames and parts) Then along came Mike Michaud and his Pantera. He's been riding a V1 for a while and it's dialed. This summer I destroyed my frame and was riding a piece of junk for a while until I could get a hold of something good. None of the new super light frames were appealing to me, and all the frames I liked didn't come with brake mounts so I waited. Then I got to looking at the Pantera and decided it was just what I was looking for. Soon after I had my new bike up and running, I took James Ballard to get his own Pantera in a little smaller size. He's been stoked on the bike too. Now my boy Stan just bought a Pantera all his own and he seems pretty stoked as well. Basically what I'm getting at is that for the amount of money you pay for a Pantera you are getting a hell of a bike. It's pretty light with a low overall height and it's strong to boot. I don't know why everyone doesn't just go online and buy this joint! But don't take my word for it, everyone's riding it!
